用颗粒热传递模型计算旋转圆盘干燥机的传热系数

【摘要】 采用移动加热板式(Moving heating-plane type)条件下的颗粒热传递模型推算大型旋转圆盘干燥机的传热系数。在料床完全混合的简化假设下,按物料的干燥特性曲线分段计算圆盘的传热系数及整机总传热系数,其结果与干燥机的实际运行情况基本相符。

【Abstract】 The heat transfer coefficient of a large pan rotary dryer was calculated by using particle heat transfer model of moving heating-plane type. Under the assumption of the particle bed is wholly mixed, the heat transfer coefficient of each pan and the whole dryer was calculated by dividing the pans into four segments according to the characteristic drying curve. The result conforms to the practial operation of the dryer.
