钾长石-石膏-碳酸钙热分解过程动力学实验研究

【摘要】 实验研究了钾长石-石膏-碳酸钙体系加入硫酸钠时的热分解反应动力学,结果表明,改变反应温度、硫酸钠浓度和钾长石粒径,热分解过程均受克-金-布固膜扩散控制。反应过程对硫酸钠的反应级数为0.545,反应速率与钾长石初始粒径的平方成反比,表现活化能为164.5kJ·mol-1,并用扫描电镜和X-ray衍射分析对产物进行物相分析,结合热分析和热力学分析结果,初步分析了该体系热分解过程的反应机理,拟定了反应步骤。

【Abstract】 The effects of reaction temperatures, additive Na2SO4 concentrations and particle sizes of microcline on the thermal dissociation rate of the system of microcline: CaSO4·2H2O: CaCO3=1:1:3.36 (mass ratio) are investigated. The results show that the kinetic experimental data fit Crank-Ginstling- Braunshteln’s diffusion-through-product-layer-reaction-control model, the reaction rate is a 0.545 order with respect to additive Na2SO4 concentration, and that the apparent activation energy is 164.5KJ.mol-1. In addition,the dissociation process is analyzed by thermal analysis of TG and DSC,and the roasts are analyzed by X-ray diffraction and scanning electronlc microscopy (SEM). Compbined with thermodynamical analysis,the dissociation mechanism and steps of the microcline system are proposed.
