竖直管内不互溶物系蒸汽冷凝液泛汽速的研究

【摘要】 进行了不互溶物系蒸汽在竖直管内降膜冷凝的实验研究,测得了蒸汽冷凝的上升极限汽速。建立了不互溶物系蒸汽冷凝上升极限汽速的数学模型。本文模型计算值和Wallis关系式计算值以及本文的实验结果的比较表明,本文模型具有很好的预测能力。

【Abstract】 According to the specialty of immiscible mixture vapor condensation on the wall in a vertical tube, a mathematical model is developed to forecast the velocity limit of immiscible mixture vapor condensed on the wall in a vertical tube. The experiments have been conducted with the oil-water mixture vapors condensed on the wall in a brass tube and a glass tube respectively. The comparison between the present model-predicted data and experimental data obtained in this paper indicates that the mathematical model is suitable for the forecast of velocity limit of the immiscible mixture vapor condensed on the wall in a vertical tube.
