水平放置离散矩形直翅片的自然对流传热性能研究

【摘要】 本文实验研究了自然对流时,温差为90-200K范围内,水平放置离散矩形直翅片组的稳态传热性能,着重探讨了翅片列间距对翅片组散热性能的影响。从单位传热基面面积的传热量和翅片材料的使用量综合考虑,在本文所用的翅片参数范围内,翅片列间距为12~18mm的直线排列离散翅片组和翅片列间距与翅片长度相等的交错排列离散翅片组效果为优。通过因次分析的方法建立了直线排列离散翅片间空气自然对流的传热准数关系式:Nu=0.2256(Gr’_LPr)~0.0582

【Abstract】 Experimental study of steady-state convection heat transfer has been carried out for an array of vertical rectangular staggered aluminum fins from horizontal rectangular base, which was kept at 90-200K above the ambient environment. The space effect between adjacent column fins on the heat dissipation ability of the fin array was investigated. An optimal fin column space, according to both the heat transfer rate from the fin array to the ambient air and the consumption of fin material, was considered, which was about S=12-18mm as fins were arrayed in-line and S=L as fins were arrayed staggeredly. According to the method of the dimensional analysis, a non-dimensional equation of calculating heat transfer coefficient of discrete fins arrayed in-line was obtained: Nu=0.2256(Gr’LPr)0.0582
