利用压力脉动信号特征预测流化床结块故障
Forecast the Formation of Agglomeration in Fluidized Beds by Using Characteristic of the Pressure Fluctuation Signal
【摘要】 气回流化床压力脉动信号隐含了许多有用的信息。然而,压力脉动信号为一非平稳随机信号,非常复杂,必须用新的方法从信号中提取特征参数进行规律性研究。本文通过对流化床压力脉动信号进行Wigner谱分析,得到主频幅值的分布,提出主频功率产作为流化床压力脉动信号的特征参数,并对它随结块含量变化的规律进行了研究。结果表明,主频功率能够反映流化床层的结块状况。在φ114和φ300的流化床中证明该参数在床层结块时有明显变化,可以作为床层结块的判据。该判据对5%以内结块非常敏感,而且只与床层结块量有关而与块料大小无关。
【Abstract】 The pressure fluctuation signal of gas-solid fluidized bed contains useful information. However, the signal is extremely complicated because of its non-stationary stochastic characteristics. Therefore, special data processing measures are required to investigate the signal so as to pickup its diagnostic parameters and reveal the rules. Using Wigner Distribution we analyzed the pressure fluctuation signal in gas-solid fluidized beds to get the distribution of amplitude of major frequency. It is suggested that major frequency power can be used as diagnostic parameter of the signal. The rule of the parameter vary with the particle agglomeration has studied. The result indicated that the major frequency power could be a parameter to reflect the agglomeration of fluidized beds. According to the experimental results in the fluidized beds of φ114 and φ300, the diagnostic parameters can be used as a criterion of the particle agglomeration. The criterion is sensitive to the agglomeration within 5 percent, and it depends upon the percentage of agglomerate but not to its size.
