【摘要】 本文建立了一种在过硼酸钠介质中 ,有机磷农药与联苯胺发生反应 ,生成橙黄色产物 ,并借助孔雀绿 ,使得溶液呈黄色 ,可利用光度法或比色法进行分析。该方法灵敏度高 ,甲胺磷、敌敌畏、敌百虫的检出限分别为 0 .2ppm、0 .1 ppm、0 .5ppm ;其对应的线性范围分别为 0～ 1 0 ppm、0～ 1 2 ppm、0～ 1 0ppm。用于实际样品的测定 ,结果令人满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 A photometric method was described for the determination of the remains of the organophoshorous pesticide with benzidine.The detection limit of methamidohos was 0.2 ppm and of dichlorvos was 0.1 ppm and of trichlorfor was 0.15 ppm respectively.The linear range was 0～10ppm,0～12 ppm and 0～10ppm respectively.This method had been used for the rapid determination of organophoshorous pesticide with satisfactory results.更多还原
