光度法测定发样中铝的研究
Study on Spectrophotometric Determination of Aluminium in hair
【摘要】 本文研究了新显色剂 2 - (H酸偶氮 ) - 4,5-二硝基苯酚 (HADNP)与铝的显色反应 ,在 pH =5.3的六次甲基四胺 -盐酸缓冲介质中 ,HADNP与Al(Ⅲ )生成 3∶1的紫色络合物 ,λmax=570nm ,ε=3.2 92× 1 0 4 L/mol·cm ,Al含量在 0~ 1 2 μg/2 5mL内符合比尔定律 ,用于发样测定 ,结果满意。
【Abstract】 Colour reaction of 2-(H-acidazo)-4,5-dinitrophenol(HADNP) with aluminium was studied in pH=5.3 N 4(CH 2) 6-HCl buffer solution,HADNP can react with Al(Ⅲ)to form an 3∶1 stable complex.The molar absorptivity is 3.292×10 4 L/mol·cm at 570 nm.Beer’slaw is obeyed in the range of 0~12 μg/25mL.This method can be applied to the determination of Aluminium in hair with satisfactory results.
