【Abstract】 A novel injection equipment is development.About this equipment a capillary as a injection tube is connected with the separation capillary by a connection which is filled with the buffer.We use the power of electroosmosis flow to make the sample introduced.Compared with the other injection methods,this method eliminates the discrimination from the electrokinetic injection and the reproducibility reach is quite right.Migration times were achieved with 0.694% when the applied voltage is 8 kV.更多还原
