工业废液中镍钴的回收及应用研究
Recycle and Utilization of Nickel and Cobalt in Industry Wastewater
【摘要】 探索了从废液中回收镍钴在空气气氛下合成锂离子电池正极材料 L i Nix Co1 - x O2 的方法和工艺。结果表明 ,合成材料的充放电性能都比较好 ,L i Ni0 .3Co0 .7O2 在 6 0 0℃ 6 h→ 75 0℃ 16 h时制得的产物初始充电容量达到 15 4.938m Ah· g- 1 ,接近用分析纯的镍钴原料合成的正极材料 L i Ni0 .3Co0 .7O2 的首次充电容量 (15 6 .146 m Ah· g- 1 )。采用镍钴废液合成锂离子电池正极材料 ,化害为利 ,经济可行。
【Abstract】 The method and technology,which Ni and Co was recycled and utilized to synthesize the cathode materials in Li-ion cells, were researched. The results show that the charge and discharge performances of synthesized materials are better and the initial charge capacity of the synthesized LiNi 0.7 Co 0.3 Ois 154.938 mAh/g and approach that of the cathode material synthesized with pure Ni and Co. It is practicable and promising to synthesize Li xNi yCo 1-x O 2 as cathode material in lithium-ion battery with the Ni and Co reclaimed from industry wastewater .
