磷钼杂多酸催化合成醋酸正丁酯的研究
Synthesis of n-Butyl Acetate Using Phosphomolybdate hexeroployacid as Catalyst
【摘要】 以磷钼杂多酸为催化剂 ,对醋酸和正丁醇为原料合成醋酸正丁酯的反应进行了研究 ,探讨了催化剂用量、醇酸比、反应时间对酯产率的影响。结果表明 :在正丁醇用量为 0 .1 2 5mol的情况下 ,以苯为带水剂 ,磷钼杂多酸为催化剂 ,催化剂用量为 1 .0 g、醇酸摩尔比为 1∶ 1 .2 ,反应时间为 2 h,常压下 ,收集 1 2 1~ 1 2 6℃的馏份 ,酯产率达 97.9%。
【Abstract】 The synthesis of n butyl acetate using phosphomolybdute heteroployacid as catalyst, acetic acid and n butyl alcohol as material was studied.The influence factors, such as the amount of catalyst, the ratio of n butyl alcohol and acetic acid,and the reaction time, were also studied.The result showed that under the optimum condition, the yield of esterification was up to 97.9%.
