YJ657碱性药芯焊丝研制
Developmentof YJ657Basic Flux Cored Wire
【摘要】 研究了 YJ657碱性药芯焊丝药芯粉的成分配比对焊接工艺性能的影响。结果表明 :在 Mg O- Si O2 - Ca F2 组成的碱性渣系中 ,用一部分氟硅酸钠代替萤石 ,不仅能提高焊接电弧的稳定性 ,而且能减少焊接飞溅 ,但锆英石不能改善 Mg O- Si O2 - Ca F2 组成的碱性熔渣的脱渣性。开发出了焊接工艺性能良好 ,焊缝金属强度和低温冲击韧度高的 YJ657碱性药芯焊丝。
【Abstract】 The percentages of the flux composition in YJ657basic flux cored wire which affected the welding technology of basic flux cored wires had been studied.The results studied show that welding arc stability can be improved and welding spatter can be decreased if part of Ca F2 was substituted by Na2 Si F6in flux powders, the slag detachability of the weld metal can not be improved with Zr Si O4 in basic slag system consisted of Mg O- Si O2 - Ca F2 .The YJ657basic flux cored wire with good welding technology,high strength and high low temperature impact toughness value in weld metal has been developed.
