奥氏体不锈钢ROF内罩的失效机理分析
Failure Mechanism of the Austenitic Stainless Steel ROF Internal Cover
【摘要】 利用电子显微镜和成分分析技术对奥氏体不锈钢 ROF内罩的失效机理进行了研究。认为内罩外壁出现“沟槽”的主要原因是由于在密封砂层与大气交接处氢和氧发生化学反应放热 ,加上“尖端效应”使局部温度接近 YUS70 1钢的熔点 ,金属强度降低不断氧化剥落造成的 ,并据此提出了建议和对策
【Abstract】 The failure mechanism of the YUS701 austenitic stainless steel ROF internal cover has been studied by means of electron microscopy and chemical composition analysis. The study showed that the “groove” which appeared at the boundary of the sealing sand and the atmosphere was due to the heat release of the reaction of hydrogen and oxygen. In addition, the “point effect” also increased the local temperature to the melt point of the steel, which decreased the strength of the steel and made peeling off oxide continually. According to this, some proposals and countermeasures were given.
