合金化奥氏体锰钢的研究
Study of Alloyed Austenitic Manganese Steel
【摘要】 研究了合金化变质改性对提高奥氏体锰钢基体碳含量 ,改变析出碳化物形态及分布的影响。试验表明 ,经过 Cr、Ni合金化和稀土变质处理 ,可以增加奥氏体中实际固溶的碳含量 ,并使析出相呈粒状均匀弥散分布 ,从而通过提高基体的加工硬化能力和引入弥散分布的第二相使材料耐磨性提高。同时对以 Cr为主的合金化获得 M2 3 C6碳化物的条件进行了讨论 ,为研制高耐磨性的合金奥氏体锰钢提供了依据
【Abstract】 In this paper the effect of alloyed modification for carbon content, carbide shape and distribution in austenitic manganese steel has been studied. The results show that by Cr, Ni and RE alloyed modification, the real carbon content in austenite can be increased, and can get dispersed pellet like carbide. For those reasons, the materlals wear resistance has been increased. The conditions of forming M 23 C 6 for Cr as the main alloy element were discussed also.
