55例过敏性哮喘患者治疗前后血清元素含量变化的研究
Study on Change of Elements Content in Serum of 55 Patients with Allergic Asthma before and after Treatment
【摘要】 对 55例过敏性哮喘患者 ,采用微量元素平衡治疗前后血清元素含量进行了比较。结果显示 :(1)各种临床症状明显改善 ;(2 )血清中常量元素钙和镁的含量显著提高 ;(3)血清中微量元素锌、硒和钴的含量亦显著提高 ;(4)血清中铁和铜的含量治疗前后未出现显著性差异 ,P>0 0 5。
【Abstract】 By comparing elements content in serum of 55 patients with allergic asthma before treatment and after treatment the following results were obtained:1. There is an obvious improvement in clinical symptom of the patients;2.Ca and Mg content increase obviously;3.Zn,Co and Se content increase evidently;4.There is no difference with high significance between Fe and Cu content(P>0.05).
