【摘要】 为探讨富硒米的剂量对大鼠免疫功能的影响和富硒米用于保健食疗提供有意义的实验依据 ,选用纯种SD大鼠 4 0只 ,随机分为高中低三个剂量组 ,分别给予富硒米和常规饲料喂养3 0d ,称重 ,取血做T淋巴细胞转化和自然杀伤细胞 (NK)活性试验。结果表明 :①富硒米能显著提高大鼠T淋巴细胞转化率 ,中剂量组与对照组比较有显著性差异 (t检验 ,P <0 0 5)。②富硒米对大鼠NK活性与对照组比较 ,没有显著性差异 (t检验 ,P >0 0 5)。结论是富硒米能显著提高大鼠T淋巴细胞转化率 ,但对大鼠NK活性没有明显影响更多还原

【Abstract】 To study the T lymphocytes transform rate and offer the natrue killer cellls(NK) activity of rats feld with rice rich in selenium(Se),and offer the significant information for health protection foods,40 SD rats were divided randomly into three groups by dosage high, middle and low. Se-rich rice and the normal feeds were given to rats. After 30 d,they were tared and exsanguinated for the test of T lymphocytes transform rate and NK cells activity. The result showed that(1)Se rich rice could increase the T lymphocytes transform rate of the SD rats. The middle dosage group had the significant difference with the controls( P <0 05).(2)NK cells activity of the SD rats fed with Se rich rice had no significant difference with the controls ( P> 0 05) . Se-rich could in crease the T lymphocytes transform rate of the SD rats,but has no significant effects on their NK cells activity.更多还原
