厌食儿发锌、铁、铜、钙含量测定分析

【摘要】 测定了中山地区 2 2 2例厌食儿及 1 65例健康儿发锌、铁、铜、钙含量。结果显示 ,厌食儿发锌含量明显低于健康儿 ,P <0 0 1 ;发钙偏低 ,0 0 5>P >0 0 1 ;发铁、发铜含量基本正常 ,两组间无显著性差异。故提示厌食是缺锌的最早症状之一。缺锌年龄以 1~ 3岁为首 ,其次是 3~ 6岁。同时两组间Cu/Zn比值进行比较 ,结果表明厌食组明显高于健康组 ,P <0 0 1 ,说明体内微量元素变化以锌明显 ,Cu、Zn含量呈负相关。对于疾病的预防和治疗有指导性价值

【Abstract】 The content of Zn,Fe,Cu,Ca in hair of 222 children with anorexia and 165 normal children was studied in Zhongshan city The results indicated that the anorixia had much less Zn in hair than that in the normal children ( P <0 01),and so was Ca in hair (0 05 >P >0 01).While Fe,Cu content children with anorexia was the same as those in normal children There was no obvious difference between the two groups It was concluded that anoraxia is one of the earliest symptons of the desease of Zn deficiency,which appears mosthy in children of 1~3 years old and 3~6 years old The rations of Cu/Zn in the two groups were compared. The results showed that the anorexia group was significantly higher than that in normal group( P <0 01) It suggested that the change of Zn is the most distinct among the micronutrients in humman body The content of Ca and Zn has negative correlation
