【Abstract】 Mammalian nuclear transplantation has been become one of the most attentioned questions in scientific field and international society.Many species of animals,such as bovine,sheep,pig,rabbit transfer during recent 20 years,Very recently,somatic cell nuclear transplanted(NT)sheepand cattlehave also been cloned.The porcine nuclear transplantation,though produced one embryonic NT pig and the only one NT pig up to now,was very lag behind.This paper reviewed the progress of the nuclear transplantation of pig,and also duscussed the related problems.更多还原
