【摘要】 黑龙江省沙区具有丰富的有待开发的土地资源，从树种选择出发，论述了开发灌木资源的重要意义；筛选出了花棒、小叶锦鸡儿、白锦鸡儿、沙枣等14个适生树种；针对嫩江沙地灌木开发利用存在的问题提出了3项对策和建议：①结合三北防护林体系建设和治沙工程建设大力营造灌木饲料林和薪炭林；②建立沙生灌木种苗基地，加快沙地治理进程；③政策引路，加大灌木资源的发展力度。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Nenjiang sandy land is rich in uncultivated sandy land resources. this paper deals with the importance of developing shrub resources including Hedysarum scoparium, Caragana microphylla, Elaeagnus angustifolia.
