首钢LF埋弧精炼技术的应用

【摘要】 围绕首钢LF炉采用的埋弧精炼技术 ,对影响钢液升温、脱硫和脱氧等冶金效果的工艺因素进行了分析探讨 ,指出适宜的渣量及渣料组成、较高的碱度、低w(FeO +MnO)及合理的吹氩制度是保证埋弧精炼效果的关键。

【Abstract】 Discussions and analysis are made around the pracess factors of submerged arc refining process in LF furnace of Capital Ionr & Steel Corp. affecting the metallurgical effects such as the temperature rise of the liquid streel, desulphurization and deoxidization and it is pointed out that appropriate control of the amount and constituents of the slag withhigher basicity and lower FeO+MnO content as well as proper Ar bubbling is key to achieve the best submerged refining results.
