轧后冷却速度和模拟方式对Ti-IF钢第二相粒子析出行为的影响
EFFECT OF COOLING RATE AND SIMULATION PATTERN ON PRECIPITATING BEHAVIOR IN TI—IF STEEL
【摘要】 通过采用新型的热模拟技术 ,研究了不同冷却速度和热处理方式对第二相粒子析出行为的影响。结果表明 ,轧后不同的冷却速度和模拟方式对TiC粒子的析出行为影响较大 ,较低的冷却速度有利于形成粗大、稀疏的TiC粒子。
【Abstract】 The effect of cooling rate and simulation pattern on the precipitating behavior has been studied using the thermo-mechanical technique. Results show that the cooling rate and simulation pattern have important effect on the precipitating behavior of TIC particles and low cooling rate is of benefit to a sparse dispersion of coarse TIC particles
