电渣重熔工艺对30CrMnSiA钢质量的影响

【摘要】 在工业生产条件下 ,研究了电渣重熔工艺对 3 0CrMnSiA钢质量的影响。结果表明 ,金属熔池深度达到重熔钢锭直径 1 /3~ 1 /4时钢锭组织和质量良好。提高输入功率和调整渣成分可提高重熔速度 ,从而提高生产率。

【Abstract】 Influence of electro slag remelting process on the quality of 30CrMnSi steel has been studied under the industrial scale production conditions. Results show that the structure and quality of the steel ingots are very desirable when the depth of the metal bath approaches to 1/3 (one third) or 1/4 (one fourth) of the diameter of the remelting ingot and therefore an increase in the input power and readjustment of the slag composition will accelerate the melting speed and raise the productivity.
