【Abstract】 The wavelength conversion of 2.5Gb/s optical pulse based on four wave mixing in seminductor optical amplifier is demonstrated.The separation for up conversion is 10nm,and down conversion is larger than 10nm.The experiment about wavelength conversion based on four wave mixing in SOA is reported in detail.更多还原
