光电子和计算机辅助的二维云纹干涉法及其对牛骨弹性常数的测定

【摘要】 改进了光电子和计算机技术辅助的二维云纹干涉法及相应设置 ,并应用于牛骨骨干受中心压缩时沿径向和轴向弹性模量及泊松比的全场分布规律的研究 ;研究表明上述全场测试和计算机处理技术的优越性及其应用于骨力学研究的可行性 .得出牛骨骨干径向外侧弹性模量大于径向内侧 ,但并非完全呈线性分布 ,沿轴向则基本不变的结论 ;其结果对指导临床医疗和仿生骨研制都有一定参考价值

【Abstract】 A 2 D moir interferometry by the aid of optoelectronics & computer is studied. It has been applied in study of partitioned law for radial and axial elastic constants of bovine bone. The whole field measurment, photoelectronics collection and computer processing system have many strong points and feasibility for application to research of bone mechanics. The study shows that elastic modulus of radial outside is larger than inside, but it′s not complete linear distribution; And the elastic modulus along the axial does not change basically. These conclusions are helpful for clinical treatment and development of bionics bone.
