横折缺陷的产生机理与治理对策
MECHANISM OF CROSS BREAKS DEFECT FORMATION AND COUNTERMEASURES
【摘要】 从受力分析入手 ,详细研究了横折缺陷的产生机理及生产条件与其对应关系 ,认为精轧板形不良引起残余应力不均是开卷出现横折的主要原因。在此基础上 ,提出了生产中控制板形和优化开卷操作以消除和减轻横折危害的措施。
【Abstract】 Based on analysis of applied force,the mechanism of cross breaks defect formation and the relation between operative condition and the defect were investigated in detail.It is believed that uneven residual stress arosen from bad profile in finish rolling is resposible for the cross breaks formation during hot strip uncoilling. Thus,resulting harmfulness from the cross breaks may be diminished or eliminated by controlling profile and optimization of uncoilling operation.
