双稳态反射型胆甾相液晶显示的驱动方法
Drive Schemes Bistable Reflective Cholesteric Display
【摘要】 双稳态反射型胆甾相液晶显示是一种很有潜力的新型液晶显示 ,针对响应时间长的不足 ,开发新的驱动方法是改善响应时间主要的研究方向之一。文中较详细地介绍了动态驱动法、P态刷新驱动法和累积驱动法的驱动原理及过程 ,对比了各自的优点与不足 ,并归纳出各自的适用范围。
【Abstract】 Bistable reflective cholesteric display is a novel LCD with great potentialities. It is one of major research trend to develop new drive schemes in order to overcome the shortcoming of long response time. The drive principle and process of dynamic drive schemes, the updating drive scheme with P state and cumulative drive schemes are elaborated in this paper. The advantages and drawbacks of them are compared and their applied ranges are generalized.
