【Abstract】 This paper presented a semiconductor parallel simulation technology under network distributed platform, CORBA. Using the software design technology of Object Oriented(OO), we have improved the Newton SOR algorithm, and designed a parallel system under network distributed platform using CORBA technology. The last part of the paper makes a simple comparison of the results between the parallel system and our simulator SMDS 1.0, which verifies the effectiveness of this method.更多还原
