超细α-Αl2O3的低温燃烧合成及其烧结特性的研究
Study on α-Al2O3 Synthesized by Low Temperature Combustion Process and Its Sintering Character
【摘要】 本文在以硝酸铝和尿素为原料用低温燃烧法合成超细α Al2 O3 的基础上 ,利用XRD、TEM等手段对微波引燃及添加糊精在 90 0℃通氧条件下燃烧合成超细α Al2 O3进行了研究 ,并对不同条件下获得的超细α Al2 O3的烧结特性进行了初步探讨。
【Abstract】 Based on the low temperature combustion sythesis of α Al 2O 3 from aluminium nitrate,the effects of the additive and ignited methods on the formation and particle properties of α Al 2O 3 were studied by XRD and SEM,the initial study on the nanometer α Al 2O 3 sythesis by LCS was made,α Al 2O 3with the particle size 60~80 nm was got under proper conditions.The sintering characters of the α Al 2O 3 synthesized by different processes were studied preliminaryly.
