金属间化合物增韧陶瓷材料的效果与机理

【摘要】 金属间化合物作为结构材料近几年倍受众多研究者重视 ,但作为第二相物质与结构陶瓷形成复合材料的研究却相对较少。本文是一篇关于金属间化合物增韧陶瓷的综述文章 ,对重要的金属间化合物如Ni3Al,MoSi2 等的性能特点 ,用其增韧Al2 O3,Si3N4等陶瓷材料的效果、机理作了重点分析、评述。

【Abstract】 Many efforts have been contributed to the study on intermetallics as structural material recently,but little has been done for their use as a secondary material to form composite with the structural ceramics.As a review for intermetallics toughening ceramics,this paper reported the research results of the authors in these years,in parti cular,thc character istics of important intermetallics such as Ni 3Al and MoSi 2, the effect and mechanism of using them to toughen Al 2O 3 and Si 3N 4 ceramics were reviewed.
