【摘要】 介绍了自行组建的电子材料复阻抗分析的自动温控测试系统。该系统采用微机控制 ,通过Delta90 2 3温控箱实现高低温环境、保温和线性变温 ,控温范围为 - 1 84℃～ 31 5℃。由HP41 92A低频阻抗分析仪进行复阻抗特性测试 ,测试数据自动采集并实时绘图显示。用该系统对电子材料SrTiO3进行复阻抗测试 ,效果良好更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper introduces an automatic temperature_controlled test system which is used to analyze the complex impedance of electronic materials at different temperature. The system consists of Delta9023 temperature test chamber that can hold up or vary the temperature linearly from -184℃ to 315℃ and HP4192A LF impedance analyzer that tests the samples of complex impedance feature. The test dataare collected, drawn and displayed. A good result of testing electronic material SrTiO 3 is obtained by the system.更多还原
