【Abstract】 The development and manufacture of a Raman data acquisition and scan control system for the SPEX 1403 spectrometer has been successfully completed. We designed the software to scan and to collect data under Windows 3.1. Many new ideas and methods were introduced. The system not only can replace the outdated DM1A controller from SPEX, it is also easier to use and provides more powerful functions.更多还原
