改进AB法处理味精废水的中试研究

【摘要】 采用悬挂鼠笼式湍动竹球填料的改进AB法工艺处理味精废水 ,中试规模为 0 .5m3 /h ,总水力停留时间 4 8.6h ,进水COD浓度为 1580~ 9510mg/L ,NH3 -N浓度为 10 8~ 2 2 70mg/L。试验结果表明 ,出水COD <6 0 0mg/L ,出水NH3 -N <4 0 0mg/L ,COD去除率 >90 % ,NH3 -N去除率 >85% ,处理过程中剩余污泥排放量极少

【Abstract】 A pilot-scale experiment was carried out on treating MSG wastewater by modified AB process with suspended bamboo media. The experiment capacity was 0.5 m 3/h, total HRT was 48.6 h. COD and NH 3-N in influent were 1 580~9 510 mg/L and 108~2 270 mg/L respectively. Experimental results showed that COD in effluent was below 600 mg/L with removal rate higher than 90%, NH 3-N in effluent was below 400 mg/L with removal rate higher than 85%. Little excess sludge was discharged from the system .
