UAHB反应器高温处理玉米酒精糟液研究
Treatment of Corn Ethanol Production Wastewater by Thermophilic UAHB Reactor
【摘要】 利用UAHB反应器在高温下处理酒精糟液 ,试验结果表明COD负荷可达到 2 0kg COD/ (m3·d) ,去除率在 90 %以上 ,对有机氮的降解也可达到 85%。试验运行稳定 ,处理效果较好 ,对我国玉米酒精行业的高浓度有机废水处理是一种有益的尝试。
【Abstract】 A thermophilic UAHB (Upflow Anaerobic Hybrid Bed) reactor was used for treatment of wastewater from corn ethanol production. The test results showed that the loading rate could reach 20 kgCOD/(m 3·d) with COD removal efficiency of over 90%, and degradation of organic nitrogen of 85%. The UAHB reactor was stable in operation and satisfactory in performance. The study is beneficial to the treatment of high strength wastewater in China.
