马铃薯试管苗愈伤组织的悬浮细胞培养
Building potato suspension system with the calli of test-tube plnatlets
【摘要】 用马铃薯试管苗诱导的愈伤组织进行悬浮培养,每 45~50 mL培养基中加入 2g愈伤组织。结果表明, 20 d苗龄的试管苗诱导效果最好;固体培养愈伤组织继代 4~5次时最适于进行悬浮培养;良好的细胞悬浮培养物为浅绿色、清纯透明的液体,有数个到10多个细胞组成细胞团。
【Abstract】 Potato suspension system can be built with 2 g callus of test-tube plantlets subcultured in a flask with 45-50 mL liquid medium. The results showed that the 20-day old test-tube platelets have the best induced effect, and callus cultured in solid medium for 4-5 generations can continue living in suspension condition. A geed suspension has a bright lightgreen exterior with fully seperating cell masses.
