川金丝猴子宫动脉的铸型观察

【摘要】 用血管铸型方法观察研究了川金丝猴子宫血管的构筑情况。川金丝猴子宫的营养由子宫动脉供给。各弓状动脉进入宫壁后,即在宫壁内分支形成内、中、外3个血管层。相邻弓状动脉及其3~4级分支间有大量纵向及横向吻合,内膜螺旋动脉呈弹簧状或螺旋状向内垂直穿行,其间缺乏吻合。月经期的螺旋动脉变粗,呈明显的扩张状。在螺旋动脉背部或螺旋部均有明显的缩窄环,其内膜血管的形态与月经的鼠兔、家兔等子宫内膜动脉血管明显差异,因此认为内膜血管的特殊形态及功能活动与月经的形成密切相关。

【Abstract】 The uterine vascular architecture of Rhinopithecus r.roxellanae were observed by means of arterial casting method. The results showed that blood supply of the uterus came from uterine artery. The arcuate arteries entered the wall of the uterus branches to form inner, mid, outer three vascular layers. The arcuate arteries and its 3-4 grade branches anastomosed to a network with each other The vascular vessel of endometrium was spirality or spiry. The spiral artery of the menstruation period changed chick and was obviously dilatation. The commencement of the straight arteries and the spiry had narrow circles. It was found that shape of endometrium vascular vessels was obviously different from ones of rabbit and Ochotona daurica. So special shape and function of endometrium vascular vessels may be related to produce menstruation.
