【摘要】 针对等离子喷涂设备设计出分布式控制系统 ,介绍了等离子喷涂分布控制系统的软、硬件结构 .通过建立专家数据库给出喷涂过程参数 ,实现了喷涂过程的参数初始化和控制 .采用此控制结构的等离子喷涂系统 ,可简化喷涂操作 ,提高喷涂过程的自动化程度 ,最大程度地逼近喷涂经验规范 .更多还原

【Abstract】 A distributed control system is designed for plasma spraying equipment and the configurations of system’s software and hardware are discussed. Through founding an expert database, the spraying process parameters are worked out and the initialization and control of spraying process parameter are realized. The plasma spraying system with this control configuration can simplify the spraying operation, improve automatization level of spray process, and approach the experience criterion as soon as possible.更多还原
