混杂复合材料胶结机理的探讨

【摘要】 叙述了混杂复合材料聚合物水泥混凝土的制备方法 ,重点研究了混杂复合材料中的无机胶凝和有机聚合凝结机理 .水泥和砂石胶结成无机的刚性骨架 ,有机聚合物不仅填充了混凝土中的孔隙 ,而且在无机物团块周围包裹了一层有机网膜 ,使混凝土的强度、抗冻性、抗盐碱腐蚀性都得到显著提高

【Abstract】 The preparation of polymer concrete is introduced in brief in this paper. The coagulate mechanism of alumina cement and epoxy resin included in polymer concrete is investigated. The conclusion is that the cement mortar forms an inorganic and rigid skeleton of the structure. The polymer, mean while, not only fills up the porosity in concrete but also forms a thin film around the granular structure of concrete, so that polymer concrete has the best anti freezing and anti saline alkali corrosion properties and higher strength.
