单片机控制等离子喷涂(焊)电源研制

【摘要】 研制了 80 98单片机控制的等离子喷涂和喷焊两用电源 .主电路为带平衡电抗器晶闸管整流电路结构 ,空载电压可分档调节 ,最大输出功率为 1 2 0 k W,电流连续调节范围 30~ 630 A.恒流输出 ,抗网压波动能力强 ,且具有电流预置和规范参数实时数显等功能 ,满足等离子喷涂 (焊 )对电源的要求 .

【Abstract】 A power source controlled by monolithic computer 8098 for plasma spray and plasma transferred arc welding is developed. Its main circuit consists of thyristor rectifier with balanced reactor. Its open circuit voltage can be adjusted in a multilevel manner. The maximum output power is 120 kW. Current ranges continuously from 30 to 630 A. The power source features constant current output, robust resistance to mains voltage surge and real time display of specification and current settings parameters, being able to meet the needs of plasma spray and plasma transferred arc welding.
