黄河上游历史洪水查询系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 通过开发和研制国家黄河上游委员会“历史洪水查询系统”,介绍了该系统的网络拓扑结构设计与 Visual Basic的 MSChart图形控件特性 ,探讨了系统具体的设计思想和实现方法、系统的功能和软件实现的程序流程图 ,以及系统的输出方式
【Abstract】 Through investigating and developing a “Historic Flood Query System” for National Yellow River Upstream Committec, the structural design of network topology of this system and MSChart graphic control feature of Visual Basic are introduced. Concrete design envisage, realization way, functions, software flow chart, and output mode of the system are explored in detail. [WT4”HZ]
