冷原子吸收法测定中成药及生物样品中汞
Determination of Mercury in Samples of Chinese Traditional Medicines and Organism by Cold Vapour-Atomic Absorption Spectrometry
【摘要】 本文采用冷原子吸收法测定中成药安宫牛黄丸及投药后小老鼠各器官中的汞 ,测定了动物用药后汞在其体内各器官中的残留量。本法简便、快速、重现性好、准确度高。相对标准偏差为 0 .2 9% ,在 0— 70μg/L的范围内呈线性关系。
【Abstract】 Hg in chinese traditional medicine and apparatus of little mouse to eat this drug has been determine by cold vapour atomic absorption method.Hg quantity remaining in apparatus of animal to eat this drag was determine.This method is simple and convenient, quick, reappearition performance better and accuracy higher. Relative standard deviation is 0.29%.The linear range of determination is from 0 to 70μg/L.
