新显色剂2-四氮唑偶氮-5-二乙氨基酚分光光度法测定铜
Spectrophotometric Determination of Copper with 2-Tetrazolylazo-5-Diethylamino Phenol
【摘要】 研究了新显色剂 2 -四氮唑偶氮 - 5 -二乙氨基酚 (简称 TTZAPN)分光光度法测定 Cu2 +的条件。在 p H5 .0 HAc- Na Ac缓冲溶液中 ,TTZAPN与 Cu2 +形成稳定的红色络合物 ,其 λmax=5 30 nm,试剂的 λmax为430 nm,Δλ为 1 0 0 nm,络合比为 2∶ 1 ,其表观摩尔吸光系数为 3.5 2× 1 0 4 L· mol- 1 · cm- 1 。 Cu2 +在 0— 1 .0mg/L 范围内服从比耳定律 ,本方法可不经分离直接测定铝合金和镁合金样品中的微量铜 ,结果令人满意。
【Abstract】 Conditions of colour reaction of the new reagent 2 tetrazolylazo 5 diethylamino phenol with Cu 2+ were studied.Results show that the new colour reagent reacts with Cu 2+ to form a stable red complex(1∶2) in the presence of HAc NaAc buffer at pH5.0.The maximal absorption wavelength and apparent molar absorptivity are 530nm and 3.52×10 4L·mol -1 ·cm -1 respectively.Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0—1.0mg/L Cu(Ⅱ).The method was applied to the direct determination of copper in aluminium and magnesium alloys with satisfactory results.
