新型显色剂2-(H-酸偶氮)-4,5-二硝基苯酚测定铁(Ⅲ)
Determination of Iron(Ⅲ) with the New Chromogenic Reagent 2-(H-Acidazo)-4,5-Dinitrophenol
【摘要】 本文研究了新试剂 2 - ( H-酸偶氮 ) - 4 ,5-二硝基苯酚 ( HADNP)与铁的显色反应 ,在 p H5.3的 Na Ac-HAc缓冲介质中 ,HADNP与 Fe( )生成 3∶ 1稳定紫色配合物 ,λmax=590 nm,ε=1.70× 10 4 L·mol-1·cm-1,铁含量在 0— 1.0 mg/ L范围内符合比耳定律 ,该法用于自来水样中总铁的测定 ,结果令人满意
【Abstract】 The color reaction of 2 (H acidazo) 4,5 dinitrophenol(HADNP) with iron(Ⅲ) was studied. In pH5.3 NaAc HAc buffer solution, HADNP can reacts with iron(Ⅲ) to form 3∶1 purpureal stable complex. The molar absorptivity is 1.7×10 4L·mol -1 ·cm -1 at 590nm. Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0—1.0mg/L for iron (Ⅲ). This method can be applied to the determination of iron(Ⅲ) in tap water with satisfactory results.
