(REO)3BO3（RE=La、Gd、Y）中Pr3+的光致发光
Photoluminescence of Pr3+ in （REO）3BO3（RE=La,Gd,Y）
【摘要】 研究了紫外光激发下，（ＲＥＯ）３ＢＯ３（ＲＥ＝ Ｌａ、Ｇｄ、Ｙ）基质中Ｐｒ３＋ 的光谱性质；探讨了基质晶格、阳离子半径、Ｐｒ３＋ － Ｏ２－ 键的共价性等因素对光谱性质的影响；分析了Ｐｒ３＋ 的发光强度随组成变化的规律性及Ｐｒ３＋ 的３Ｐ１→３Ｆ２ 跃迁发射的自身浓度猝灭机理。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the photoluminescence of Pr 3+ in (REO) 3BO 3(RE=La,Gd,Y) excited by UV light has been studied.The results obtained indicate the influence of the host lattice,radius of positive ion and the covalency of the Pr 3+ -O 2- bond on the spectral character. The dependence of the 1uminescent intensities on the concentration of Pr 3+ in (REO) 3BO 3(RE=La,Gd,Y) and investigated the mechanism of concentration selfquenching of Pr 3+ in (REO) 3BO 3(RE=La,Gd,Y) have been analyzed.
