甘薯茎尖试管苗的快繁技术研究

【摘要】 将甘薯试管苗切成单茎节段进行快繁试验研究 ,结果表明 :( 1)MS和 1/ 2MS培养基都能使试管苗正常生长 ,但MS培养基的效果更好 ;( 2 )以MS为培养基 ,附加0 .5mg/L萘乙酸 (NAA)对甘薯试管苗生长有促进作用 ;( 3)附加 0 .1mg/L赤霉素(GA3 )的MS培养基对甘薯试管苗的节间有拔长作用 ,比对照增加 1~ 2个节 ;( 4)在MS培养基中加 5 0 g/L蔗糖更有利于甘薯试管苗的快繁 ;( 5 )温度 2 8℃ ,光照强度30 0 0lx是较佳的培养条件

【Abstract】 The rapid propagation techniques of in vitro sweetpotato plantlets using sigle node cutting as culture materials were studied in the paper. The results showed that single node cuttings growth was normal on medium of MS and 1/2 MS, and MS medium was more suitful to the growth. The single node cutting grew better on MS medium containing 0.5 mg/L NAA than on MS medium. When it was cultured on MS medium containing 0.1 mg/L GA 3, internodes length of in vitro sweetpotato plantlets increased, and the nodes were 1 or 2 more than the CK. In additional, sucrose concentration at 50 g/L, room temperature at 28℃, light intensity at 3000 lx were most suitable for single node cuttings propagation.
