【摘要】 目的 :研究花椒毒酚 (XT)对大鼠离体子宫平滑肌的作用及其与Ca2 + 的关系。方法 :采用常规离体子宫平滑肌标本运动的实验方法。结果 :XT和Ver明显抑制缩宫素、高钾去极化后钙离子诱导的大鼠离体子宫平滑肌收缩 ,非竞争性拮抗CaCl2 累积量效曲线 ,PD2 值分别为 4 .59±0 .0 8、6 .4 9± 0 .4 1。和Ver不同的是XT不仅明显抑制缩宫素诱导的依赖细胞内钙离子收缩反应 ,而且明显抑制缩宫素诱导的依赖细胞外钙离子收缩反应 ,结论 :XT通过抑制大鼠子宫平滑肌细胞膜上PDC、ROC及内钙释放而发挥其钙拮抗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effects of Xanthnotoxol(XT)on contractility of isolated rat uterus.Methods:Routine Experimental method of smooth muscle isolated from rat uterus.Results:Xanthnotoxol(XT) and Verapamil(Ver) inhibited the contractions induced by Oxytocin and Ca 2+ after high K + depolorization,and noncompetitively antagonized CaCl 2 cumulative dose-response curves,in which the pD′ 2 values were 4.59±0.08,6.45±0.41,respectively.XT and Ver singnificantly inhibited intracellular Ca 2+ -dependent contractions induced by Oxytocin,while XT but not Ver inhibited the extracellular Ca 2+ -dependent contractions induced by Oxytocin.Conclusion:XT had a calcium antagonistic effect related with inflow of extracellular Ca 2+ through PDC、ROC and release of intracellular Ca 2+ .更多还原
