【摘要】 采用熔盐法 ,我们已生长出RbTiOAsO4大单晶。不同取向的晶片经腐蚀后 ,利用光学显微术 ,观察了晶体中的生长缺陷。并首次研究了其电光性能和电学性能。结果表明 :RTA晶体不仅是优良的光学倍频晶体 ,而且是优良的电光晶体。更多还原

【Abstract】 RbTiOAsO 4 single crystals have been grown with flux method.The defects of the crystal were observed with a microscope after etching.The physical properties including piezoelectric,electrooptic,dielectric and DC conductive properties,were determined.The results confirmed that RTA crystal is not only a good SHG but also a good electrooptic crystal.更多还原
