【Abstract】 In recent years,ceramic actuators,such as multilayer,d 31 bimorphs actuators,metal-ceramic composite actuators and RAINBOW actuators etc,were studied in a widespread and deepgoing way.The virtues and defects as well as some other characters of actuators were compared in a brief summary in this paper.In addition,the ceramic materials suitable for large-displacement actuators were introduced.更多还原
