改进的溶胶-凝胶法制备CeO2-ZrO2固溶体及其物性表征

【摘要】 用溶胶-凝胶法和超细CeO2浸渍硝酸盐溶液法制备了CeO2-ZrO2以及CeO2-ZrO2-M2O3(M=La,Y)固溶体。应用XRD和LRS谱测试研究了固溶体的结构、晶相和热稳定性,并结合DTA结果讨论了固溶体前驱体的焙烧过程。结果表明,溶胶-凝胶法能制得纯度高的萤石型立方富铈固溶体,并且具有较大的比表面和较高的储氧量。

【Abstract】 A series of Ce0.65Zr0.35O2, Ce 0.65Zr0.25Y0.10O2 and Ce0.65Zr0.32La0.03O 2 solid solutions were prepared by modified sol-gel route and ultra -fine CeO2 impregnated with nitrates solution method respectively. The phases and crystal structure of solid solutions were investigated by XRD and LRS after calcination at different temperatures. The process o f the precursors’ transformation to form the solid solutions was trace d by DTA. It is shown that the solid solutions synthesized by modifie d sol-gel method possess larger SA, higher OSC and purer fluorite cubi c phase than the products of another method. It is also noticed that the high dispersed solid solutions formed by mixing homogeneous sol precursors with γ-Al2O3 posses high thermal stability.It is benef icial as a three-way catalyst support.
