【Abstract】 A new preparation technique of high- purity and superfine SrTiO3 is developed by using carbonate coprecipitation method. The effects of ratio of reactants, time and temperature of coprecipitation and calcination on purity of product SrTiO3, have been investigated. The product obtained was analyzed by IR, ICP, TEM, XRD and so on. The results show that the purity of product is over 99. 5 % and its average particle size is 0. 4μm.更多还原
