pH值对ZrO2粉体的收得率、晶体结构和粒度的影响

【摘要】 本文采用正交试验方法 ,研究了用NH4HCO3作为沉淀剂的溶胶共沉淀法制备ZrO2 -Y2 O3陶瓷粉末时 ,溶液 pH值对粉体的收得率、晶体结构、粒度的影响。结果表明 :pH =5~ 6时 ,粉体平均收得率最高 ,超过 95 % ;pH =4~ 5时 ,ZrO2 粉体为单斜相结构 ,pH =5时为四方相结构 ,而 pH =5~ 6时 ,大多数为四方相 ;pH =4~ 5时 ,粉体平均粒径最小。

【Abstract】 This paper investigates the effect of pH value on the gain-quotiety,crystal-structure and grain-size of PSZ-powders which are fabricated with sol-wet-chemical method (NH 4HCO 3-precipitant) by the orthogonal experiment.Results show that average gain-quotiety is the upmost when pH value is in 5~6,more than 95%.Results also show that pH value of solution and zirconia crystal has the following relationship.4~5 is monoclinic,5 is tetragonal zirconia,5~6 is mostly tetragonal,and average grain-size is the smallest when pH value is in 4~5.
