84例原发性高血压患者和健康志愿者肾11β-HSD活性的测定与比较

【摘要】 目的:比较我国原发性高血压患者肾11β-HSD活性与健康志愿者有无差别,并为进一步寻找11β-HSD缺陷患者奠定基础。方法:应用HPLC梯度洗脱法测定50例原发性高血压患者和34例健康志愿者尿中氢化可的松和可的松的比值,以比较其肾11β-羟化类固醇脱氢酶(11β-HSD)活性的差异。结果:高血压患者尿氢化可的松与可的松比值为0.71±0.41,对照组比值为0.59±0.18。结论:本研究组中高血压患者与健康志愿者肾11β-HSD活性无显著差别(P>0.05).高血压组中有一例患者氢/可比值为2.72±0.21(n=3),其原因有待于进一步研究.

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To investigate the difference of renal 11?-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase (11?-HSD) activity in 50 patients with essential hypertension and 34 healthy volunteers. METHODS: The ratio of cortisol and cortisone in urine were measured by HPLC gradient delivery method. RESULTS: The ratios in essential hypertension and healthy volunteers were 0.71±0.41 and 0.59±0.18 respectively. CONCLUSIONS:There were not significant difference between two groups(P>0.05), but there is a case among the essential hypertension patients whose ratio was 2.72±0.21(n=3). It should be investigated further whether she was a deficiency of 11?-HSD indeed.
